Hello, my name is Brad Pearpoint, Managing Director of Advantage.  We've been serving the New Zealand IT market since 1984, and have seen a lot of changes over that time.  As a business owner, I feel a lot of similar pain points as you.  Just like you, I know how much of a hassle it can be dealing with IT troubles.  It's expensive, it's time consuming, and it's downright frustrating.  You should be focusing on growing your business with IT as a stable platform for you.
Advantage have grown with the market changes and today we are an agile and approachable business covering four key areas:

    Advantage maintains a roster of internal and external staff available for project or advice on all aspects of IT. Key focus areas include virtualisation, IT security, infrastructure platforms, cloud migrations, networks and DR solutions.
  • Managed service agreements
    For organisations that don't have the resources for their own IT team we have a range of contract designed to proactively manage your IT into a stable platform that works for your business.
  • Datacentre services
    Advantage own and operate our own datacentre in Palmersaton North through which we offer a range of IaaS and DR solutions that are tailored to individual organisation requirements. We operate these services under our S5 brand -
  • Product procurement
    Advantage has a long history with every major IT hardware and software vendor, enabling us to put the right product to each requirement. Our key business partner in this space is DellEMC, which Advantage maintain a Platinum partner status.
Advantage believe the right approach is having a proactive partnership with our clients. 
For small and medium businesses this is done via our managed service agreements, where our services team act as part of your organisation - working for your business for a flat month fee.
At the larger end of town our senior engineers and consultants are available to work alongside your staff to achieve the outcomes you require.
